We target small and medium sized real estate joint ventures in the UK across most real estate sectors. Investments are made alongside co-investing local operating partners, which typically involve Copley Point Capital funding between 50% and 90% of the total equity requirement.

Our underwriting focuses first and foremost on the downside protection provided by a deal.  Loans and preferred equity positions are also considered.  We seek to partner with entrepreneurial operators, which possess significant local market knowledge and a demonstrated track record of successful exits.

Naturally we are biased towards situations where there is a pipeline of repeat transactions.  Aside from capital we bring vast experience in deal structuring, debt origination and negotiation, and best practice on the path to value creation.
