Construction commences for Earlstree 160

Copley Point Capital, on behalf of Block Industrial, alongside Pembury Real Estate, acting as Development Manager, are pleased to announce that construction works have started for Earlstree 160, a new speculative 160,800 sq. ft. warehouse development located on the 8-acre former Weetabix factory site in Corby.
Specifications include 12.5m clears, 16 dock loading doors, two-level access doors, and a 50m yard. The development will be built using sustainable building materials and include 18 EV charging points. Block Industrial has appointed ADI Group as the building contractor and practical completion is due in Q3 2024.
