Our expertise

At Copley Point, we deliver compelling risk-adjusted returns and positive societal outcomes through the creation and management of real asset platforms.

We combine deep expertise in physical assets and our long-standing relationships to add value through an asset’s lifecycle.

We are highly experienced in complex private market situations and building out bespoke deal structures. Our investment decisions are based on the intrinsic long-term need (and therefore value) of the respective asset to society. We strive to integrate sustainability and ESG management into our operations and within our platforms. See the firm’s ESG policy here.
