Our management team is one of the most experienced industrial sale-leaseback and single tenant net lease investors in Europe, having completed approximately £1bn in direct acquisitions.

We seek to acquire and own functional industrial real estate that will be long-term income generating.  This does not mean that long-term lease contracts are essential.  Merely that we believe that long-term demand will exist for our real estate.  We typically acquire less than prime product.  We have deep expertise in particular in transactions that do not meet institutional investor requirements.  By example, we are experienced in secondary locations, complex or misunderstood credits, dated assets and short leases.  We do not require operating partners for industrial and logistics property investments, but will form joint ventures with high quality counterparties where the transaction requires it.
